Juab Fine Arts Council

      The Nebo View Creative Arts Contest is sponsored by the Nebo View Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  This year's contest theme was "I can . . . I can!"  The impartial judges had a difficult time choosing the winners from all of the fabulous entries, and in some cases had to declare ties for places.  The Nebo View PTO would like to thank the judges for their time and talents, and all of the students who participated.
