Christmas Tree Decorating Contest   10am - 3pm          Fine Arts Auditorium (County Building)

Come and help judge the best decorated tree. No auction this year; instead buy as many tickets to go toward your favorite tree and also increase your chances to have your name drawn for a wonderful prize. If you want to donate a decorated tree, contact JoAnn Dansie at 623-2808 (all trees and proceeds go to Sub-4-Santa).

Extension Holiday Class                   11am                    Sr. Citizens' Cultural Hall

Nutty Goodness For the Holidays: You can smell the heavenly aroma of Holiday Spiced and Coated Nuts just by
thinking about it. Come get superior nut recipes (over roasted or in the skillet), and gift ideas. Learn about eating healthy holiday snacks--you can’t go wrong with proteins! Your guests and family will lovewhat you come home with.

Get all your shopping handled with unique folk art, and sample all the fabulous food! To rent booth space, call

Listen to local artists and performers as they showcase their holiday best. To schedule performance time, contact

Kids Games & Crafts                      10am - 3pm          Old Gym
Bring the kids to the Old Gym to play holiday games (nominal entry fee).
Visit from Santa Claus                     12pm - 2pm          Old Gym
Nephi Fire Dept. will escort Santa down Main Street on the fire truck around noon. Children may visit him until
2pm.  *** Bring your own camera! ***

Christmas Program                          3:00 & 4:00           Fine Arts Auditorium (County Building)

Two back-to-back performances filled with song, dance, and plenty of Christmas cheer will be held just prior to the

Light Parade.  To have your children be a part of the Nativity portion of the program, contact Alicen Allred at

623-1934, or aliallred@netscape.com. ($2.00 admission)

 
Saturday, the 28th, Evening Events

           

Holiday Lighting Ceremony               6:00pm               Old Mill Park

Join the Mayor & City Council in the 2nd annual "Lighting of the Park" at the Old Mill Park on Main Street.  The ceremony will include a musical program & beautiful light display. Click here to view flyer.

 

Main Street Light Parade                  7pm (approx.)       From 3th South to 6th North

All businesses, groups, and families are invited to enter a float in the 2nd annual light parade.  There will be prizes awarded

for best floats, as voted by the community. Click here for the new registration form.

Messiah Sing-Along                         7:00 pm                Fine Arts Auditorium (County Building)

Get in the Christmas Spirit by joining along in singing well-known selections of Handel's Messiah among the decorated

Sub-4-Santa trees. If you have a copy of the music, we invite you to bring it with you. Limited copies of the music will be available for those without. (Entry fee is a non-parishable food item)
